Bianca works with children ages 10 and up, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She enjoys helping adolescents navigate family stress, social challenges, and academic difficulties, nurturing young adults as they transition into adulthood, and supporting adults as they process and manage life's stressors. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, social skills, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, communication, and family concerns.
Working with Bianca is compassionate, collaborative, and supportive. Her person-centered style is empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgmental, creating space for safety, trust, and understanding. She adapts her approach to each person's needs and preferences rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Clients often find her kind, easy to talk to, and supportive, and appreciate the analogies, insight, and different perspectives she brings to their work together.
Bianca looks at the whole person, including how their environment, relationships, and experiences shape their life. Her background in community psychology and experience with wraparound care inform this perspective. She is passionate about helping clients build on their strengths, work toward their personal goals, and enhance their quality of life.
Bianca Hemphill is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) with Independent Practice licensure.
Bianca's services include therapy and Assessment / Testing for clients ages 10 and up. She conducts psychological evaluations with children ages 10–12, adolescents, and adults, including young adults. She is qualified and experienced in intellectual and personality assessment and tests of academic achievement. She uses psychological assessment for diagnostic clarification, level-of-care determinations, and therapeutic or academic recommendations.
Because Bianca practices under clinical supervision, sessions are billed under the Addison Therapy Associates group insurance contract rather than Bianca's individual panel. Verify coverage with intake before your first appointment.
Education, licensure, and clinical training that inform Bianca's work.
