About Sep

Navigating life's challenges requires courage and a supportive guide. I'm Sep Eisapour, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate dedicated to assisting individuals and couples in overcoming life's complexities. With a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University, I utilize a compassionate approach, blending culturally sensitive practices with evidence-based therapies such as Emotionally Focused Therapy.

At Addison Therapy Associates, my work is deeply focused on childhood trauma, grief, and the intricacies of relationship issues among young couples and teens. I strive to help my clients, especially men who often face unique societal pressures, to explore and understand their emotional landscapes, enhancing their capacity for resilience and emotional connection.

Born in Iran and having navigated my own cross-cultural experiences, I am uniquely attuned to the nuances that diverse backgrounds bring to personal and relational challenges. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, inclusive space where all clients, regardless of their background, can feel safe, seen, and valued.

Beyond the therapy room, I enrich my life with activities like cooking Persian cuisine, engaging in CrossFit, and sharing insights on my podcast. These passions allow me to offer a holistic approach to mental health and well-being, emphasizing the importance of a balanced life.

I am deeply committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment, offering the unwavering support you need to forge deeper connections and embrace life’s potential.
