As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe in the power of human connection to heal and foster growth. I offer a warm and inviting space where individuals, couples, and families can feel safe exploring their challenges and building more fulfilling relationships.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, helping clients:

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, recording podcasts, and staying active through CrossFit, boxing, and hiking. These pursuits keep me grounded and curious about life.
