I hold a strong belief that most, if not all, people could benefit from counseling in some form or fashion. My hope is to provide my clients a warm and nonjudgmental space so that we may explore their past and present and give them the opportunity to use their newfound insight to pave new paths that may better serve them.
My therapeutic style is very relational, as I enjoy using curiosity, compassion, and humor in session in order to foster deeper introspection, growth, and healing. While I primarily operate from a psychodynamic framework, I may utilize other outside techniques in order to accommodate the unique preferences and needs of my clients.
Though my specialties primarily lie in relational issues, complex trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder, and Dissociative Disorders, I am open to working with a wide array of mental health concerns. I have worked in a number of settings, including inpatient and IOP/PHP, and am trained in both EMDR and Prolonged Exposure Therapy, which can allow clients to revisit and process trauma on a deeper level.
It brings me immense joy to use both my professional and personal experiences in assisting those struggling with mental health issues. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions during the weekdays and am generally able to respond to inquiries within one business day. If you feel we may be a match, I encourage you to reach out.
